Power washing

House, roof, and window washing

Coastal humidity feeds algae and mildew fast. We soft-wash it off — low pressure, the right chemistry — so it comes off without damaging siding, paint, or landscaping.

House washing

Vinyl, stucco, brick, and Hardie board, cleaned without stripping paint or forcing water behind siding.

  • Pressure washing

Professional pressure washing removes built-up dirt, algae, mold, mildew, and surface grime from driveways, walkways, and patios.

  • Roof washing

Removes black streaking and algae from shingles at low pressure, so granules stay put and the roof stays under warranty.

  • Exterior window cleaning

Exterior glass, frames, and screens cleared of grime for a clear, streak-free finish.

How a wash day goes

Four steps, one visit

1

Walkthrough & quote

We look at your siding, concrete, and windows in person and price the job before any water touches the house.

2

Protect what matters

Plants get soaked and covered, outlets get bagged, and anything delicate is moved or shielded first.

3

Soft wash the exterior

Low-pressure equipment and biodegradable solution lift algae and mildew without damaging surfaces underneath.

4

Walk it with you

We check every wall and window together before we call it done — and fix anything you point out on the spot.

Exterior lighting

Christmas light installation

A separate service from power washing. We hang rooflines and shrubs before the holidays, wire everything properly, and take it down and store it after the season.

Roofline & shrub lighting

Clean, even lines hung along the roof and around plantings — no visible extension cords across the yard.

Takedown & storage

We remove everything after the season, coil and label it, and store it for you if you'd like — next year's install is just a phone call.

We couldn't be happier with the power-washing service we received from Coltan. Our house looks brand new. Coltan was professional and thorough, making sure every inch was cleaned to perfection. He is hard working, focused and dedicated to his business. We were very impressed with his work ethic. If you're looking for reliable, high-quality power-washing, I highly recommend him.

Great experience with Coltan Dent. He was prompt, extremely detailed with the power washing, and professional. Coltan moved our plants and other items that could be damaged. His pricing is very reasonable. Highly recommend him and his services.

Questions

Before you book

Is soft washing safe for my siding and paint?
Yes — soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution suited to the surface, rather than blasting water at high pressure. It's gentler on paint, caulking, and windows than a standard pressure wash while doing more to actually kill algae and mildew at the root.
Can I book power washing and Christmas lights separately?
Yes — they're two separate services and priced separately. Plenty of customers book just one, and plenty book both since we're already on site.
How often does a coastal Georgia home need washing?
At minimum, we recommend washing once a year for maintenance — but twice a year, in spring and fall, is ideal for keeping algae and mildew from building up. We'll give you an honest read on your specific property during the walkthrough rather than a one-size answer.
What happens to holiday lights after the season?
We take them down after the season, coil and label everything, and store it for you if you'd like — so next year's install is a phone call, not a new setup.
Do you offer any guarantee on the work?
If anything looks off after we leave — a missed streak, a fixture that's not aimed right — tell us within a week and we'll come back and fix it at no charge.
